Able to withstand high temperatures of up to 575℉, you can safely use these racks for baking meat, chicken and bacon - just sit the rack inside your pan and your food is elevated out of the grease allowing the fat to drain away for healthier cooking. The large rack is sized to fit perfectly inside your standard 18" x 13" half sheet pan.
